The ideal candidate will have the ability to automate business processes, participate in technical design of platforms, and manage ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

As a key member of the team, you will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms. You will collaborate with internal and external partners across various organizations to ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions that deliver engaging productivity experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.
  • Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management.
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services.
  • Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications.
  • Maintain automation scripts and enhance functionality.
  • Follow industry best practices and quality assurance standards.
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades with minimal business impact, including on-call duty.
  • Analyze systems and participate in design and engineering projects.
  • Configure prototypes, deliver products, and manage solution implementation and vendor performance.
  • Engage in team activities to support Service and Project Managers.
