As a seasoned technology leader, you will spearhead the development of our cutting-edge SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities include defining and executing a robust engineering strategy aligned with business objectives, overseeing the execution of the global R&D roadmap, building and mentoring a high-performing engineering organization, and driving product transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements
  • Platform Engineering Strategy: Develop and execute an engineering strategy that aligns with product vision and drives business growth.
  • Global R&D Roadmap Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to execute the global R&D roadmap and drive product transformation initiatives.
  • Engineering Organization Management: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering organization.
  • SaaS Platform Development: Oversee the development and operations of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Foster strong partnerships with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless launches and customer adoption.
  • Technical Decision Making: Make informed technical decisions balancing engineering, business, and customer needs.

Requirements include a strong track record of leadership, software engineering expertise, and experience managing diverse skill sets. Ideal candidates will possess 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 10+ years leading SaaS platform/product development in Agile environments. They should also have proven leadership managing engineering organizations of 100+ team members, deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing, as well as strong understanding of software & infrastructure cost dynamics.

A successful candidate will be able to build, coach, and mentor engineering talent pipelines, drive product innovation, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
