Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM functional consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, specifically Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). They will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and other related tasks.

This is a full-time remote contract role that requires the consultant to have hands-on experience with leading EPM tools, such as Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, and others. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently from an offshore location.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and other related tasks.
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with leading EPM tools, such as Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, and others.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and Reconciliation.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently from an offshore location.
