The Opportunity

As the head of financial planning and analysis, you will partner with senior leadership to shape the company's financial strategy and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Certified Accountant or Master of Business Administration in Finance.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments and, ideally, in manufacturing.
  • Strong record of driving process improvements in financial planning and analysis.
