**Financial Planning and Analysis Professional Opportunity**

This is an exciting role for a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably with a background in corporate finance or business finance. They will be responsible for working closely with senior management to drive process improvements and provide business insights on a periodic basis.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams and manage timelines.

We are looking for a results-driven individual who can take ownership of their responsibilities and ensure timely closure of all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with senior management to drive process improvements and provide business insights on a periodic basis.
  • Providing stakeholders with analysis and insight into revenue and cost aspects.
  • Reviewing actuals against plans monthly including account analysis.
  • Utilizing in-depth finance knowledge to create and generate reports and analysis metrics impacting the financials.
  • Working on key internal and external presentations.
  • Analyzing and working on Excel and larger databases to provide insights as and when requested.
  • Driving process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably with a background in corporate finance or business finance.
  • Preferred CA or MBA qualification.
  • Sharp analytical skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and manage timelines while working with multiple disciplines and organization groups.
