They must be hands-on with shoots, reels, campaigns, and trend-led storytelling, balancing big-picture thinking with on-the-ground execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and evolve the Color Capital aesthetic through fashion design and trend curation
  • Lead shoots, campaigns, and brand storytelling end-to-end
  • Build and own social media & content strategy across platforms
  • Drive the visual identity across every touchpoint, digital and offline
  • Hustle in the trenches now, and build + lead a creative team as we grow
  • Collaborate with product, growth, and operations to ensure creativity drives business results
