We are seeking an experienced Fashion Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our showroom. This role requires a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage inventory and lead a team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers warmly and providing personalized styling advice
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks
  • Monitoring footfall and conversion rates and reporting trends to management

The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion retail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a fashion stylist or showroom manager
  • Strong knowledge of Indian ethnic fashion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and use retail management systems
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a small to medium-sized team
