Job Title: UI Design Expert

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Junior UI Designer to support the design of both digital products and marketing materials.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both product design and brand-focused design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for digital products (web and mobile).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
  • Evaluate and ensure designs are consistent with our product's design system and guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
    • Participate in design critiques and offer constructive feedback to other team members.

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in UI design (internships or freelance work may be considered).
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
    • A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.
    • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • A portfolio demonstrating your UI design process, including any projects related to product or marketing design.
    • Familiarity with web development basics (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus but not required.
