Job Overview

The Business Development Manager / Sales Specialist will lead Managed Services sales activities in alignment with organizational objectives and the annual business plan for the given geography. This includes meeting top-line and GM targets for the region through effective prospecting, client engagements, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Managed Services sales activities to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve top-line and GM targets
  • Account mining and lead generation through effective prospecting and client engagements
  • Manage customer relationships for the specified market, aligning with product OEMs to understand their roadmap and requirements and collaborate in solution building activities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver desired outcomes
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years in IT Services with focus on managed services
  • Deep insights into IT Infrastructure, IT Outsourcing, SLA based services, and NOC based services
  • Strong communication skills and client management skills
  • Confidence, self-drive, and a go-getter attitude to engage with C-level/Senior IT leadership of clients
  • Proven track record in managing the complete lifecycle of services deals from lead generation to deal closure

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
