Job Overview
We are seeking an Admissions Counsellor to guide students towards their academic aspirations.
- Counsel students about digital marketing courses, helping them choose the right path based on their interests and career goals.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student needs and provide expert advice.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through structured follow-ups and exceptional communication skills.
- Maintain lead databases and ensure seamless customer relationship management updates.
Key Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales or counseling.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to build rapport with students and parents.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for education. They should be proficient in building strong relationships and motivating students to achieve their academic goals.
Responsibilities
- To counsel students on digital marketing courses and help them make informed decisions about their educational paths.
- To conduct individualized counselling sessions to identify student needs and provide tailored guidance.
- To maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- To communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth admission process.
