Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counsellor based in Delhi, India. The Senior Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students, help in career planning and development, and assist in admissions processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, developing counseling programs, coordinating with educational institutions, and maintaining detailed records of student progress. The role also involves organizing workshops and seminars to facilitate student growth and addressing any challenges or concerns students may face.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in career guidance, career planning, and development
- Knowledge of admissions processes and the ability to assist students through them
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate counseling programs
- Organizational skills to coordinate with educational institutions and manage records
- Experience in conducting workshops and seminars
- Relevant experience in educational counseling, preferably at a senior level
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Proficiency in using counseling and educational software tools
