As a business analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare products. Our company is at the forefront of AI-powered solutions that reduce administrative burdens and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Elicit and document requirements through effective user story creation and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to craft wireframes, flows, and prototypes that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback, informing the refinement of the product roadmap.
  • Partner with quality assurance teams on UAT, test scenarios, and release readiness to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Drive Salesforce solution design aligned to healthcare workflows and compliance standards.
  • Integrate GenAI/AI features with clear use cases, guardrails, and ROI justification.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA/PHI and interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7).
Requirements:
  • 4–8+ years of experience as a business analyst or product owner with end-to-end product delivery expertise.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile practices.
  • Experience in Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred) and/or healthcare domain.
  • AI literacy or hands-on GenAI experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have: Salesforce certifications, healthcare interoperability knowledge (FHIR/HL7), familiarity with analytics tools.
