Job Overview

Seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare Product Strategist to spearhead the development and delivery of industry-leading healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and long-term strategy for your product portfolio, aligned with company objectives and deep market understanding.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating market research, customer feedback, and business requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the development team is aligned on priorities and can execute efficiently.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on clinical workflows, patient journeys, and healthcare system needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, including telehealth, value-based care, EHR/EMR integration, and RCM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role within an Agile software development environment.
  • Strong Healthcare Domain Expertise: Demonstrable experience working with healthcare technology products.
  • Proven Product Building Experience: A track record of successfully managing the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Multi-Market Delivery: Verifiable experience launching and managing products in at least two different international markets.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Health Informatics, MBA, or a related advanced degree.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
