The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales through customer engagement, product knowledge sharing, and sales technique optimization.
- Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers virtually.
- Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and values to provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
- Interact with prospects via Telephone, Email, Whatsapp, and video conferencing.
- Manage prospect inquiries and overcome objections.
- Employ repeatable sales techniques.
- Become a trusted resource for prospects.
- Meet sales goals consistently.
- Manage a sales pipeline.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Experience selling to international customers is required.
- Prior Telephonic Sales Experience/ Inside sales experience is mandatory (3 years for the Sales Associate role).
- Selling experience in Educational Technology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills and listening skills are essential.
- Candidates should be fluent in English.
- A personal cell phone, broadband internet, laptop, and necessary apps are required for company work.
