Outreach Manager

About the Role:

This is a key position for our business, requiring an experienced and dynamic individual to drive awareness and engagement across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate should also be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs.
  2. Brand Representation: Represent us at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position us as a top choice for business and tech education.
  3. Regional Outreach: Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
  5. Regional Insights: Provide regional insights and feedback from the ground to help refine program offerings and communication strategies.
  6. Database Management: Maintain a database of outreach activities and partnerships. Track effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates to continuously improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as required.
