You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and driving sales activities, identifying and nurturing sales-qualified prospects, and conducting regular reviews of sales leads and customer portfolios with key stakeholders.

Market research on pricing and product competitiveness is also essential to ensure alignment with our pricing team.

Additional tasks include providing feedback and support to the CCL team, onboarding new customers, and maintaining relevant customer information on internal systems.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in sales, particularly in the freight forwarding industry.
  • A strong local customer base and market intelligence.
  • Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong communication, professional selling, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues as needed.
