HubSpot Optimization Specialist

As a seasoned professional in lifecycle marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving real business results through elegant and efficient HubSpot solutions. Our agency is seeking an experienced HubSpot Optimization Specialist to support our team with technical implementation and strategic guidance on a comprehensive migration and optimization project.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing complex workflows, integrations, and optimisations using HubSpot's Marketing Hub Pro and Operations Hub Pro. They will be responsible for leading comprehensive assessments and migration strategies across multiple regions, consolidating large contact databases while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing collaboration as we scale our HubSpot client base. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced CRM professionals to deliver high-impact work that showcases their expertise in HubSpot optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced lead scoring, attribution, and segmentation strategies using HubSpot's Marketing Hub Pro and Operations Hub Pro.
  • Build sophisticated multi-touch nurturing workflows and behavioral trigger campaigns.
  • Design and implement dynamic content and personalisation strategies across customer journeys.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub Pro & Operations Hub Pro essential).
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Workflow Management, Operations Hub).
  • Experience with Shopify-HubSpot integrations and e-commerce automation workflows.
  • Proven experience with multi-region CRM management.
