Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and trend identification to position the brand effectively.
  • Establish and track KPIs for marketing success.

Scientific Promotional Materials:

  • Conceptualize and develop scientific marketing materials such as visual aids, product monographs, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with medical and regulatory teams for accurate and compliant content.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage the lifecycle of key pharmaceutical products from launch to maturity.
  • Define product positioning, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales forecasts.

Field Force Coordination:

  • Coordinate with sales teams across multiple countries.
  • Review and analyse field team performance, generate reports.
  • Support sales teams with tools, training, and marketing inputs.

Key Account Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Will be willing to travel for business clients at multiple countries.

Business Development:

  • Support client acquisition by identifying and onboarding new clients in existing and new markets.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to explore international expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Pharm + MBA (Mktg.) degree with 5-7 years of experience in Marketing functions. Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical market dynamics, both domestic and international, is essential. Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities are also required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in using MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting software are necessary.
