Performance Marketing Expert

This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads, looking to take their skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and Scale: Develop and execute high-impact lead generation and e-commerce campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Multi-Industry Campaigns: Manage performance campaigns across various industries, including E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more
  • Optimize Relentlessly: Track key performance indicators such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Test Like a Pro: Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize results

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns
  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets
  • Creative + Analytical Balance: Ability to test, learn, and innovate quickly
