Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management expert to lead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management practices, including strategic business analysis, customer-focused development, and operational and technical optimization.

The selected individual will independently lead initiatives to refine product strategies, analyze complex data sets, and drive technical improvements. They will use advanced data-driven decision-making to ensure products meet customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in product management practices, including strategic business analysis, customer-focused development, and operational and technical optimization.

Experience Required

A minimum of 10+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products is required.

Business Focus

The successful candidate will apply analytical and commercial insight to evaluate product performance and align outcomes with strategy.

  • Commercial insight to understand economic value drivers such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), unit economics, Net Present Value (NPV), Return on Invested Capital (ROIC), and other commercial measures.
Customer-Centric Approach

The ideal candidate will empathize with internal and external customers to innovate and reinvent product solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, STEM, or equivalent experience.
