  • Welcome members and guests with a warm smile and present menus showcasing culinary excellence
  • Take accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
  • Maintain pristine dining areas, ensuring proper table setup and cleanliness throughout service
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating strong presence on the floor
  • Provide expert menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients or preparation methods with confidence
  • Adhere to SOPs for service delivery, billing, and table turnover, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Support private dining experiences and member events with precision and attention to detail

Key Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in food and beverage service or hospitality operations
  • Exceptional communication skills and genuine service-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of basic F&B service etiquette and order-taking protocols
  • Presentation matters - well-groomed, calm, and confident
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operational needs
