Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing QA audits, identifying risk trends, and driving process integrity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of underwriting processes, quality governance, and compliance standards. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly quality reviews/audits according to specified timelines while complying with process SOPs and quality frameworks.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business and regulatory standards.
- Analyze error trends, identify root causes, and suggest corrective actions or process improvements.
- Document QA findings and maintain accurate quality logs and reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 –8 years of experience in P&C insurance operations, with a strong focus on underwriting for European and/or London markets.
- Minimum 2+ years of audit, quality assurance, or process excellence experience, preferably in a BPO or shared service environment.
Key Skills:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret and apply underwriting guidelines, documentation, and identify control gaps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies and teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in shared services or BPO environments with as Quality Auditor of global insurance back-office processes.
