Job Title: Domain Expertise Consultant

We seek a seasoned Domain Expertise Consultant to provide subject matter expertise for client engagements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on best-of-breed solutions from a process and technology standpoint.

Your responsibilities will include leading and shaping solution approaches, ensuring delivery oversight and governance, and executing large-scale transformational engagements from a leadership perspective or SME point of view.

Additionally, you will provide business value leadership to engagements through consulting skills and program management leadership or guidance for large-scale programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing subject matter expertise to front-office client engagements.
  • Advising clients on best-of-breed solutions from a process and technology standpoint.
  • Leading and shaping solution approaches.
  • Ensuring delivery oversight and governance.
  • Executing large-scale transformational engagements from a leadership perspective or SME point of view.
  • Providing business value leadership to engagements through consulting skills.
  • Providing program management leadership or guidance for large-scale programs.

Desired Skillset:

  • Work experience and knowledge in product development processes, particularly in continuous manufacturing (BoM Management, Configuration Management, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing value chain processes, industry trends, and enabling technologies.
  • Technical expertise in PLM tools (Windchill, Team Center, SAP PLM, Enovia, etc.) and hands-on experience with one or more tools.
  • Work experience in product analytics areas like product performance, reliability testing, market analysis.
  • Understanding of enterprise technologies like PLM, ERP, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with PLM/CAD/engineering tools.
  • Experience in project management.
