Your Role

In this role, you'll drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. As Subject Matter Expert, you'll create strategies and sales presentations to potential business heads, lead blueprints for new business awarded to us, and provide consultancy services for Finance Shared Service Centers setup.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement complex finance & accounting blueprints with multiple countries/regions in scope.
  • Lead RFX submissions for new Customers.
  • Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise.
  • Lead business meetings with potential new clients for our company as part of Sales cycle. Pitch on proposed solutions to client executives, highlighting our capabilities and benefits of centralization, convince leadership in selecting us as primary service provider.
  • As an architect of finance & accounting solutions, once we've been down selected, lead work through due diligence to implement the plan and support transition.
  • Refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework: industry specific nuances, best practices, case studies creation and release, benchmarking.
  • Focus on managing the project engagement specifically balancing organizational profit and long term client opportunity.
  • Coordinate with teams on various project management related activities.
  • Review solutioning projects delivered by Practice/Re-engineering/Operations SMEs.
  • Develop product offering in line with the industry changes – Optimum solution offering & digital offerings to support the solution design.
  • Work closely with Global counterparts from all regions, to attain standardization & improvement in the product offering.
  • Leads Digital SEP projects implementation.
  • Keep current on IFRS, GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and other industry specific policies and regulations.
  • Perform regular evaluations of team members' performance, identify training requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum years of experience in a relevant field and relevant companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment), out of which solid experience in people & project management.
  • Strong project and people management experience.
