Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Professional to join our team in a key leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the QA product release workflow, supervising a team of QA professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage release of product batches in SAP
  • Lead and supervise a team of QA professionals
  • Review and approve Deviation and Laboratory Investigations
  • Review and approve Purchase Specifications and Analytical Standards
  • Review and approve Issue Reviews and CAPA
  • Assist with Non-Conformance Investigations
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Follow all regulatory guidelines and cGMP guidelines
  • Review validation protocols and completed documents
  • Work to create an environment of open communication and participation within and between teams
  • Assist with complaint investigations
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements
