Job Title: Physics Researcher - AI Model Trainer

This is a remote research opportunity that requires expertise in physics and analytical skills to help improve large language models (LLMs). The work involves evaluating LLMs on complex physics problems, including multi-step conceptual or quantitative questions in areas like mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and quantum theory.

Role Objectives:

  • Determine the maximum radial distance an electron reaches from a conductor's axis due to a magnetic field generated by current.
  • Calculate the probability of a high-energy pion decaying within a certain distance from its origin given its rest mass and proper lifetime.

Candidate Profile:

  • Academic Background: PhD/Postdoc in Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to solve advanced physics problems with clear reasoning.
  • Communication Skills: Clarity in explaining complex topics.
  • Research Independence: Ability to work independently and participate actively in team discussions.
