Faculty Position in STEM Education

The role involves delivering high-quality workshops and courses for teachers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.

This position requires creating capacity-building program plans in STEM, providing inputs for academic calendars, and coordinating with other subject teams to plan and execute programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feedback analysis from training programs and incorporate it into subsequent trainings.
  • Develop and implement the STEM program in alignment with current educational policies and guidelines.
  • Create detailed program frameworks, teaching plans, and workshop modules based on background studies of national and international reference materials.
  • Regularly update developed resources based on conducted action research or primary/secondary research.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-6 years of experience in capacity-building programs in Teacher Education.
  • Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or an equivalent degree.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Observing classroom sessions and understanding the impact of programs through school visits.
  • Providing on-site support to selected teachers in schools.
  • Contributing to Annual Reports, Newsletters, and other publications.
