Seeking a highly skilled organic chemist to join our research team as a senior scientist.

This is an onsite role that requires physical presence and involves working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, synthesize, and characterize complex organic compounds for various applications.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to drive innovation and advance research goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and address project challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, organic chemistry, or related field(s), or evidence of exceptional ability.
  • 1-2+ years of industrial experience preferred.
  • Nice to have: Master's degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, organic chemistry, or related field(s)
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of organic chemistry principles and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with organic synthesis, purification, and characterization methods.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced research environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
