Procurement Executive Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Executive to manage our purchasing operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in procurement and sourcing within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and procure raw materials, components, consumables, and tooling for manufacturing operations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Raise and monitor purchase orders based on production schedules and inventory levels.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Track market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and finance teams to ensure end-to-end procurement alignment.
  • Maintain documentation for audits, vendor evaluations, and management reporting.
  • Assist in new product development (NPD) sourcing activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: MBA in Operations Management (Mandatory)
  • Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on procurement experience in an automotive environment
  • Skills: Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management, Basic knowledge of ERP systems, Familiarity with automotive standards and documentation, Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Competencies: Analytical thinking and cost awareness, Effective communication and coordination, Strong organizational and time management skills, Team-oriented mindset with process-driven execution.
