Master Metal Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced metal fabricator to join our team. As a master metal fabricator, you will be responsible for the design and fabrication of high-precision metal components for aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and fabricate high-precision metal components using advanced materials and techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication and machining.
• Knowledge of international welding codes, such as ASME, BS 5500 and GOST.
• Familiarity with NDT, X Ray, UT and destructive tests, including chemical and mechanical testing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
