Job Description

Job Profile: Quality Engineer - Sheet Metal Fabrication.

About the company: Founded in 1970, tier one supplier or M&M for their requirements of Sheet Metal components. A pioneer in manufacturing fuel tanks, silencer, and sheet metal press components for the automobile sector catering to OEMs. Our core competencies are sheet metal stampings, deep draw components, assemblies and fabrication catering to the automobile sector.

1. Position - Quality Engineer.

2. Experience - 4-5 yrs.

3. CTC - Appx 4.2-4.5 lakhs

4. Industry - Automotive - Sheet Metal fabrication and stamping components.

5. Job Location - Kandivli, Mumbai.

Job Description:

- Should have practical experience in PFMEA
- Managing workers and delegating them respective work
- Integrate systemic documentation periodically
- Handling internal and customer quality issues with immediate action plan
- Have decision making skills for Q issues
- Handling customer and ISO Audit
- Handle Incoming Inspection
- Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, and process capability analysis tests.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
- Preparation of CAPA & SCAP
- Reviewing and updation of all QA documentation
- Handling customer complaints and resolving them on immediate procedural basis
- Layout Inspection
