Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Ch. Sambhajinagar. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving product quality by monitoring and evaluating production processes, conducting tests and inspections, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role includes implementing quality control measures, conducting root cause analysis, and working on continuous improvement initiatives. Coordination with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support product development is also part of the daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance skills
  • Experience in Product Quality and Quality Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus
