Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including employee engagement, performance management, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and induct new team members into the workforce
- Conduct employee engagement activities, such as company events and sports competitions
- Manage performance through regular check-ins, skip level meetings, and annual appraisals
- Handle employee queries, address concerns, and resolve conflicts
- Improve employee retention through exit interviews and recommendations
- Provide support to corporate Learning and Development teams as required
- Manage facilities, space, and interiors
- Oversee electrical, air conditioning, fire safety, internet, and minor projects
- Coordinate soft services, cafeteria, inventory management, and vendor lists
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and approvals
