Senior Liaison Manager

This key liaison professional role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics by managing regulatory approvals and liaising with government and external bodies.
Primary Responsibilities:- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.
- Government & External Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, Urban Development Authorities, local statutory bodies, Police, Nodal Officers, ART/PCPNDT advisory boards, and medical councils.
- Documentation & Governance:
- Prepare, verify, and submit required documents for regulatory applications.
- Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.
- Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.
- Operational Support:
- Work closely with Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.
This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in liaisoning with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
