Procurement Specialist Role

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for executing eSourcing and delivering incremental value to the business through eAuctions.

The ideal candidate will work across various categories, demonstrating a broad range of category knowledge and dynamic flexibility with stakeholders. This role requires identifying post-contract value opportunities through collaboration with supplier managers and the local supply base, ensuring alignment with Category Strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing Indirect Spend Categories
  • Rate and Manage Supplier Performance
  • Negotiate and Conclude Contracts
  • Ensure Services Meet Contract Requirements
  • Drive Proposal Preparation and Negotiation
  • Develop and Execute Complex Business Agreements
  • Supplier Evaluation, Selection, and Performance Management
  • Scout for Better Suppliers
  • Collaborate with Customers to Understand Requirements
  • Perform Spend and Market Analytics
  • Optimize Internal/External Customer Relationships
  • Achieve Savings Targets and Timely Deliveries
  • Participate in Regular Reviews with Regional Commodity Managers
  • Maintain Accurate Reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation in Any Subject Area
  • Relevant Work Experience in Sourcing
  • Business Knowledge and Understanding of Sourcing Activities
  • Good Communication and Analytical Skills
  • Strong Analytics Capabilities
