Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to implement SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Implementation solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in implementing SuccessFactors LMS, with a strong focus on data migration, Learning APM, notification, and connectors.

The successful candidate will be able to understand business requirements, explain system limitations, and provide innovative solutions to improve user learning experience. They will also have expertise in standard and external integrations with LMS Workzone/JAM, as well as the ability to write and execute test scripts for SF LMS and Workzone/JAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding2.0 module functionality.
  • Support and enhance SuccessFactors components on Onboarding functionalities, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Configure SuccessFactors components Onboarding functions to meet client needs, driving efficient business operations.
  • Educate clients on best practices for system configuration and design, optimizing performance and scalability.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation and training materials as needed, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines and meet client expectations, fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding2.0 module (at least 2 implementation projects), demonstrating expertise and depth.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors ONB2.0 module, showcasing commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in gathering and assessing requirements from functional business owners, facilitating collaborative efforts.
  • Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite, ensuring smooth integration and deployment.
  • Driving the development of functional and systems specifications, aligning with business objectives.
  • Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members, promoting sustainable growth and improvement.
