Business Case Writer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Case Writer to partner with faculty and researchers to develop high-quality business case studies for academic instruction, publication, and use in teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market, industry, and organizational research to gather factual data needed for case study development
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify pedagogical objectives, learning outcomes, and case formats
  • Write engaging case studies that include background context, decision points, alternative courses of action, supporting data, and teaching notes
  • Ensure accuracy through verification and citations; maintain academic integrity
  • Revise drafts based on feedback from stakeholders; ensure clarity, relevance, and engagement
  • Support the process of preparing cases for external publishing, case competitions, or inclusion in printed outlets
  • Meet project deadlines and manage multiple case writing assignments simultaneously

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in Business, Management, or related field; PhD preferred
  • Proven record of publication: at least 10 completed and published case studies or similar works
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English; ability to compose narratives that are analytically strong and pedagogically sound
  • Strong research skills, including data gathering and qualitative analysis
  • Familiarity with business case formats and experience in academic settings or business school pedagogies
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Good time management skills and ability to deliver under deadlines
