• Contributing ideas for process improvement and optimization.

• Performing outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.

• Maintaining data confidentiality and security by adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

• Completing assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• A strong educational background in any field.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
