Job Title: Planning and Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Estimation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and tracking, as well as providing detailed cost projections and reviews.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates. They will also possess hands-on experience with estimation software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Align drawings, materials, manpower, and contractors with schedule baselines and milestones; coordinate with internal departments for execution readiness.
  2. Estimation and Costing: Prepare detailed cost projections and reviews; analyze architectural and structural drawings to quantify civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
  3. Risk Management: Identify and escalate project risks; assist in manpower planning and ensure adequacy to meet project timelines.
  4. Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and support procurement negotiations using current market rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering with around 5 years of experience in estimation for high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates.
  • Hands-on experience with estimation software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
