Job Description:\

The Senior HR Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic HR operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive HR functions, championing process improvements, ensuring compliance and employment law adherence, and fostering positive employee relations across various functions.

  • Manage all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization.
  • Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition.
  • Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and drive process automation.
  • Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, and maintain statutory records.
  • Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across various levels.
  • Guide the management and smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and statutory mandates.
  • Partner actively with leadership and business heads to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness in the manufacturing domain.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.
  • Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.
  • Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
