About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee financial management, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulations. The role involves maintaining financial integrity, preparing reports, coordinating with external agencies, and supporting management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records (general ledger, journal entries, etc.).
  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions: receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable.
  • Ensure timely statutory filings in coordination with tax consultants.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
  • Support documentation for property transactions, agreements, and legal filings (as required).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting.
  • 2–15 years of accounting experience (real estate or related field preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
