Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage the full spectrum of our accounting operations.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Zoho Books.

This role requires a proactive finance expert capable of handling multi-entity accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial reporting, while supporting strategic decision-making through meaningful financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations in Zoho Books.
  • Handle multiple accounts, branches, and projects with accurate consolidation.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage cash flows and working capital effectively.
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory filings, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial insights.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
  • Identify and implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain proper documentation, ensuring data accuracy & confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong experience in handling banking operations.
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments.
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking ability and adaptability.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
