Job Opportunity: Senior Finance Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to fill a critical role in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts, as well as weekly reporting. This involves providing accurate and timely financial information to support informed decision-making within the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations, with experience in handling Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and other statutory compliances. Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation, along with excellent communication skills, is also essential.

This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to ensure the accuracy of books of accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly MIS reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts
  • Handling monthly GST Return 1 (GSTR-1) and GST Return 3B (GSTR-3B), Income Tax Deposited Working (ISD working) and filing, along with monthly Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconcile as per GST Return 2B (GSTR-2B) and books
  • Supporting internal, external, and tax audits and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation
  • Maintaining general ledger and ensuring the accuracy of books of accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounting and financial operations
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Proficient in Tally Prime and Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
