Selenium Automation Engineer Job Description

As a skilled Selenium automation engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automated Test Script Development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriverIO for web applications.
  • Coding and Collaboration: Write efficient and maintainable code in C# and JavaScript to automate web application testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design test strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Create and manage Azure Pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Bug Identification and Resolution: Ensure that automated tests cover all critical functionalities and edge cases, identify and document bugs, and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Selenium automation testing with C# and JavaScript.
  • A strong understanding of web technologies and web application architecture.
  • Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriverIO.
  • Experience in creating and managing Azure Pipelines for CI/CD processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with other testing frameworks such as TestComplete, Katalon, or Appium.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
