Visual Art Director

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative visual concepts, layouts and designs based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  • Develop high-quality graphics and visuals that are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tone.
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients.
  • Work with a range of media including digital creatives, print materials, web banners etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  • Interpret client business needs and develop design concepts to meet their purpose.
  • Obtain approval for concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.
  • Develop design briefs by researching information and data.
  • Produce new ideas and concepts through creative thinking.
  • Maintain necessary design trackers to track work and ensure delivery as per scope from the design side.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Familiarity with software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma etc. is beneficial.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
  • Previous experience working with Beauty Brands is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to think creatively to produce innovative concepts.
