Job Title

We are seeking a senior-level creative professional to join our team as a Visual Concept Developer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns across various digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Translate project briefs into engaging visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, art directors, and creative leads, to craft integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver innovative designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that showcase exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a high level of creativity and innovation in your work.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in design/visualisation, preferably in an agency setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling expertise.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • The ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
