Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Architect cum Interior Designer with significant experience in multiple fields, including hospital, residential, hospitality, corporate, and high-rise building projects.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that showcases their expertise in architectural design, construction detailing, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is essential for this role.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for producing conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
  • They should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Preparation of tender drawings, BOQs, and estimations is also an integral part of this position.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress and ensuring compliance with design specifications is crucial.

Required Qualities and Experience

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in architectural and interior design works.
  • Good knowledge of software such as AutoCAD 2D, SketchUp, REVIT, and 3ds Max.
  • Ability to develop architectural designs for residential projects using various software.
  • Excellent presentation skills to prepare concept designs, detailing, and presentation materials for client presentations.
