Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative automation solutions to clients while engaging in business analysis, client interaction, and delivering business value through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Development: Lead the development of end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, orchestrator, and bots. Design automation workflows and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of automated workflows. Collaborate with project managers and team members to create technical documentation and provide user training.
  • Client Handling and Business Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze requirements. Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify automation opportunities. Create process design documents and validate them with key stakeholders. Translate business needs into effective technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Project Management and Delivery: Lead technical discussions with clients, helping them to understand the RPA lifecycle and manage their expectations. Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development and deployment. Conduct regular status meetings with clients, gather feedback, and refine solutions as required. Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects, including adherence to deadlines, budgets, and service-level agreements.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest UiPath features, updates, and best practices. Conduct reviews to improve the quality of automation scripts and optimize solutions. Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and promote collaborative development practices within the team.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years in RPA development with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath products. Experience with advanced automation concepts (e.g., RE Framework, custom activities, AI integration).
  • Business Analysis Skills: Proven experience in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into automated workflows. Experience in creating Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
  • Client Engagement: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships, understand their business needs, and provide consultative solutions.
  • Project Management: Experience with project delivery, estimating efforts, and managing timelines. Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to solving technical issues and identifying process inefficiencies.
