Job Responsibilities:- Oversee plant operations, resources, and profitability.
- Develop manpower, enhance production efficiency, and build capabilities.
- Ensure quality standards are met in key processes, including purchase, logistics, planning, and stores.
- Review and approve negotiated prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
- Plan, direct, and control site manufacturing operations.
- Take responsibility for business planning, development, and communication of policies, EMS, and OHS planning.
- Become accountable for people development initiatives and building in-house capabilities for employees.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Pharmacy (MBA in Ops/Production is preferable)
- A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in sterile injectable manufacturing, with at least 5 years of Site/Plant leadership experience
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements like EUMDR, USFDA, MHRA, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop a team

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sterile manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and leadership.
They must be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, analyze data, and lead a team.
The successful applicant will have a Master's degree in Pharmacy or an MBA in Operations/Production, with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in sterile injectable manufacturing.
They will also have at least 5 years of experience in Site/Plant leadership roles.
Preferred qualifications include experience working in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate and develop a team.
