Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Andhra Pradesh, India, for a Director of Product Development & Sales Marketing. The Director will oversee product management, lead research and development initiatives, and guide product development strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team, conducting market research, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive product success and market growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research and Development (R&D) experience
- Product Management and Product Development expertise
- Demonstrated Team Leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
